b. Treasurer/Morale Officer – Nick is OOT at a BSA event, Larry will
report on current Club funds. Pre-T-Shirt Funds: 872.98, Post T-
Shirt Funds: A lot less, TBA at the next meeting. Possibility of
purchasing banners for LA Gamesday, Club Events, etc. Motion to
approve purchase of three club banners (within the $60 to $80
range). Need a comprehensive contact list of club members.
c. Publisher. An audit of the current members is needed to make
sure we aren't missing anyone. Need a comprehensive contact list of
club members.
d. Game Sponsor 1
e. Game Sponsor 2
f. Game Sponsor Other

4. T-Shirts – Discuss pickup/distribution, etc. for next weekend.
Shirts at Kools next weekend, Grace will get shirts from Eric and
coordinate with Mike and the LA folks.

5. Games Day LA Prep (April 24th)
1) Table construction schedule/progress – Recap – All tables
other than Squigoth Stamped and Fantasy Table are ready to go. Need
to set a terrain building day date.

2) Table teams/volunteers – Recap – Need a finalized list of
volunteers.

6. May Massacre … or Madness … or Mayhem … or Mania … or
whatever!!!
More details to come at the next meeting. Larry, Brad, Chris and
Mike are coordinating the big game.
1. Big Battles (perhaps including some side: BFG, Inquisitor
and Necromunda).

Lots of discussion (too much to reasonably list) no motions made,
and another report is due at the next meeting. To summarize, the
scope of the event should be limited, Grace, Don, Bill (or Tony)
will be running some sideline events, Painting contest, demo gaming,
warmachine tourney. Confirm dates.

7. Golden Snotling III. April 10th at the church, 2000 points, pre-
registration will be offered and encouraged. Need to come up with a
plan for trophies.

8. Report on WH 40K House Rules -- No news, all members that play
40K need to make an effort to pitch in on this one and throw out
some ideas.

9. LVGC 2004 Calendar – GS3, Gamesday LA, May Madness, BFG
Tourney, LA GT, Comicon, Gencon, LVGC Member Awards Banquet. Other
Fantasy Events? Other events?

11. Fund Raising Ideas. We need to find decent looking five dollar
T-Shirts so we can make money on each shirt to go towards club
funds.

12. New Business:
o Spring/Summer Leagues: Necromunda, Mordheim, Blood Bowl
o BFG Tourney – Points level needs to be set, church reserved,
etc. Grace coordinating it.
o Iron Man IX – Need to set a Date.
o LA GT – Club Challenges – Need to get some set up.
o GAMA?? Motion to have LVGC join approved 4-0
o Warmachine League sometime in the summer.
