I. Call to order and establishment of Quorum - Meeting was called to order
with 4 of 8 quorum.

II. Set next meeting date and time - Next meeting date was selected: January
8, 10:30 AM at same location: Pizza Hutt on Sahara and Valley View

III. Office Reports
A. Chairman (Larry)
1. Larry discussed with more senior club members possibly re-envisioning the
club and refocusing our focus and emphasis. There will be more discussion of
this at the next club meeting.
2. See other items below.

B. Secretary (Brant)
1. Terrain Day - scheduled for Sunday January 9th at Larry's garage. Will
schedule a specific time. Event is bring your own plaster and using Hirst
Arts molds as well as making other sorts of terrain. More details will be
posted by Brant to both boards.
2. Proxy Pictures needed for website - Brant discussed lack of response to
request. Conclusion reached was to use pictures of Harry's conversions for
what is acceptable, take pictures of toys, for what is not, etc.

C. Treasurer (Nick)

D. Morale/Outreach Officer (Robert O.)

E. Publisher (Grace)

F. Game Sponsor 40K/Necromunda/BFG/Epic/Inquisitor (Bill)
1. There was mention of May Madness.

G. Game Sponsor WHFB/Mordheim/Warmaster/Bloodbowl (BJ)

H. Game Sponsor Other (Harry)

IV. La Gamesday 2005
A. Confirmation of tables - Larry stated with agreement that we are not
going to be able to do the mega chariot race as previously discussed as
there is not enough interest and not enough time and energy to get it done.
The same people have been running the events and boards at Games Day. We
need to have a schedule with one person running a game and rotating out
after 2 hours. Grace has information on when the deadline is for telling GW
how many tables we are taking, etc. Sometime in early January.

B. Board Ideas
1. Trollslayer can be run. BJ needs to bring table to Terrain Day on January
9th for repairs and improvements. The rules also need to be reconsidered.
2. Bill revived the Ork war buggy battle board. Between Brad and Larry there
should be enough war buggies. Squiggoth Stampede board was ruled out.
3. Brant may make a battle board that could be used for a smaller chariot
race.

V. GenCon SoCal Recap
A. Only 9 people played in 40k tournament. We may need to rethink future
involvement in GenCon SoCal as not many people want to spend the whole day
in a tournament. Big success was Dark Age. We ended up not using the tables
that Bill trucked over from Vegas. There was an impressive Death Wing army.

VI. Club T-shirts.
A. Brant again discussed the lack of artwork. BJ said that there is a
picture of the Golden Snotling. Also we will have preregistration for the
new club Tshirts so that members do not have have to front the money in
order to get the initial order.

VII. New Business

VIII. Open Discussion
