This year we only had 4 LVGC members who attended the Grand Tournament in LA. Even though we had a small turnout, we made a big splash. Starting off on Friday, Grace arrived early enough to play in the Battle Fleet Gothic RTT where she managed to win Best Appearance. On Saturday & Sunday, the LVGC gang had a blast playing 6 games of 40k and meeting some new friends. Below is a synopsis of each members' results:

Erik Hanson played his Imperial Guard. Unfortunately his baby son got ill on the first day and he had to make an emergency trip back to Las Vegas, missing the second day. Luckily little Griffin is doing just fine now so it all worked out.

Robert Scheel and his newly assembled Ultramarines did very well this year, taking 2nd overall. Way to go Robert!

Close on Robert's heels in terms of game points, Brad Wardle's Iron Warriors took 3rd place for Best Tactician.

And Grace Glover took her Scorpion themed Swordwind army. Although she did pretty bad in terms of overall points, she managed to win Best Sportsman.
